[fr] Le Trafford Shopping center et soirée avec Steph. Centre de Fitness: oui j'y vais toujours- 4 fois par semaine pour environ une heure et demie! [en] We went to the Trafford Shopping Center and what a place it is. It’s incredibly beautiful outside but inside, the shops, they are so big! I wish I had had more time there. Selfridges was amazing! I could see Marks and Spencer beckoning to me but time just wasn’t there! And at the same time I can’t see myself going there during the day because I bet it’s busy as hell! At least going in the evening like we did, we didn’t have the crowds there. We then went for a meal with steph and Lyle, a very pleasant evening with steph relaxed as her accounting exams were behind her! I am still being good and going to the gym regularly, I go four times a week for about an hour and a half. I really enjoy it and it does make me good! I wish I had started to go years ago!

Hello Martine, thanks for popping by the other day :)
It was VERY hard getting back into the school routine…for all the staff and the kids!
It’s quite unusual to start back on a Monday so it’s been tough!
My voice has held up but it’s been difficult at times as I’m sure you can imagine.
I’ve never been to the Trafford Centre…nor Manchester either. I’d love to go there it looksl brilliant! Went the Metro Centre in Newcastle a few years ago which was th biggest in Europe until the Trafford one was built, I loved it!
Oh I so wish I could get back into the gym work, I know how addictive it is once you really get into it. I was doing the same days and hours as you, I’d have been there every day if it had been my choice but my trainer said I shouldn’t do 7 days.
